Comments to be Addressed During Construction.
1. Comments cover an in-depth look at plans as submitted. However, omission of specific plan comments does not absolve the contractor of the responsibility for insuring that all construction complies with the 2012 International Codes as adopted by the City of Denton including the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code. (Electrical to comply with the 2011 NEC)
2. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued without a copy of the sales tax id form submitted to our front desk.
3. Heat traps to be installed in inlet and outlet sides of water heater unless part of a re-circulating system. Insulate first 8' of both water lines at water heater if pipe built heat traps are installed.
4. T&P line from water heater to run to exterior of building or to properly plumbed waste receptor. If run to waste receptor, drain from receptor must be Cast Iron, Copper DWV or CPVC.

6. Exit and emergency lighting per 2012 IBC & IFC.
All grease interceptors are required to install a minimum 12” sample well port required downstream of the interceptor, including on existing equipment per City of Denton ordinance.
